Sales New Business Sales Executive – Junior 

We are seeking a keen and energetic individual looking for a new challenge who would like to join our lively sales team here at JobServe in Tiptree based between Colchester and Chelmsford.  JobServe are owned by the Aspire Media Group who also own Colchester United FC.

This is the perfect opportunity if you are looking to take your first step into new business sales or have a little experience already.  JobServe turned 25 years old in 2019, a relatively new company in the business world, but an old hand in the online world.  We’ve seen our business grow from a small company to one of the UK’s market leading online websites in the recruitment sector.

If you want to learn new business skills then this is the place for you as you’ll be working for an extremely reputable company with full training given.

The Role

Once you have undertaken your initial training your first role will be calling new business prospects to offer them a trial of our forward thinking new Pay 4 Performance service. When you have brought your new business prospects on board you will work with the customers to gain the best response possible. When your sales skills have improved you’ll be able to work to turn these new business trial customers into paying advertisers by offering our full suite of job advertising and CV database services.

After this, only time will tell, we are a forwarding thinking company, always trying new techniques to win new customers.

You will be joining a team of like minded individuals who have all successfully won new business through the training and support given at JobServe.
