Job Description

Colchester United Community Foundation (CUCF) the official charity partner for Colchester United Football Club has a brand-new opportunity available.

CUCF are seeking to recruit a Partnership Manager who is an enthusiastic, motivated, and committed individual with high standards and strong work ethic. This role will support the coordination and development of our Community Partnerships across the charity.

The successful candidate would be an individual who thrives in working with our community partners and making a positive difference to the lives of people across Colchester and North Essex.

Please note this is a part time position with flexible working hours (20-24hours per week).

This position is based out of The Shrub End Community & Sports Centre, Colchester, CO2 9BG.

 

Essential

  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Relevant experience. This may include experience working within organisational partnerships, charity, sports development, sales, admin and project management.
  • Willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS Check.

  • To develop community relationships with current and new partners.

Deliver

  • To deliver high quality service to all partners and make CUCF a premium partner within North Essex.

Support

  • To support the Education, Participation and Health & Inclusion Teams with enhancing current and development partnerships.

Collaborate

  • To collaborate with new and existing partners to enrich and maximise the impact of the work undertaken within the community.

Evaluate

  • To evaluate the impact relationships and support in the monitoring and evaluation processes.
