Job Description

Colchester United  Crowd  Safety Team  SIA Stewards. Match Day/Events.

EVENT DAY RATE: £11.80 to £12.50ph 

THE ROLE

Colchester United are looking for qualified SIA stewards to join the team to assist in delivering world class events and experiences for guests. The Job Serve Stadium is a multi-purpose venue that is the home of Colchester United Football Club and is also equipped to host concerts, as well as and other events.

The successful candidates will be working with the event day Crowd Safety Team to identify and report any incident, occurrence or hazard among spectators, in order to provide a safe environment for all spectators visiting the stadium. You will operate as an ambassador for The Job Serve Stadium and provide a best-in-class service in order to enhance the fan and customer experience, whilst ensuring safety and security standards are maintained at all times.

You must hold an SIA Door Supervisor Licence to be considered for this role. If you do not already hold an NVQ (or equivalent) in Spectator Safety, then the willingness to work towards the qualification is required. Training will be provided for this.
